This Workshop is designed for those people who wish to work in The Social Housing Sector
This workshop will be delivered at St Bede’s Conference Centre in Surrey.
St Bede’s is easily accessible by public transport and is on all main bus tube, and rail routes there is also free car parking at the conference centre.
The workshop will run from 10am till 16.30pm on Friday 20th March 2009 including lunch.
The workshop will cover all general aspects of Social Housing, including, monitoring and managing rent arrears, lettings, void properties, estate management and tenant and leaseholder involvement. It will also cover different types of organisations, their governing bodies and their inspection regimes.
We will provide you with a basic overview of current issues facing the social housing sector and give you an opportunity to share your experiences with others.
