Changes to Planning Bill
Friday 31st October 2008Developers have been reassured by changes to the bill which removes a widely contested link between a new infrastructure charge and land value hikes.
Junior Housing Minister Baroness Andrews tabled amendments to the Bill to make it clear that the level of the community infrastructure levy would not be tied to increases in land value once planning permission had been granted.
