Overcrowding is spilling over from Social Housing into Shared Ownership
Wednesday 12th November 2008Karen Buck MP said the tumbling housing market was trapping shared owners in properties they could not sell. One of the worst Scenarios is people who bought their Studio Flat through shared ownership married and had two or three children are now utterly trapped the position is now catastrophic.
People do not have the equity to be able to move and they don’t even have the hope.
