As an agency, Abode differs slightly to the others. The housing & health sectors are markets we know well and so we stick to them. We don’t accept clients or job-seekers that are looking for other areas of work as we know that we are only specialist in our fields – and it’s these.
Before we start looking we like to perform an interview with our clients so we can understand not only the role requirements but also how the business operates. Placing a candidate is as much about getting the right personality fit as it is the skill base.
Our job-seekers sign onto a stringent contract where they are asked to support their applications and evidence their qualifications. Each job-seeker is also interviewed before being put forward for any positions.
Our experience over the last 22 years has afforded us an intuition and valuable insight into introducing the right candidate for the right position.
